ATLAS PROCEDURE
EVA is certified for the export procedure (AES) and enables the largely automatic generation of declarations and convenient management of the customs information sent, regardless of whether you are an authorized consignor or participate in the normal procedure. The EVA ATLAS module is also available as a stand-alone version.

INTRASTAT DISPATCH AND GOODS RECEIPT
With EVA, you can create the Intrastat monthly report for outgoing goods quickly and easily.
All EU transactions for a month are automatically cumulated according to predefined criteria. If all data can be transferred from your ERP system, no further entries are necessary.
For EU extensions, simply mark the new countries in the EVA country table; no program adjustments are necessary.
The report is generated as an XML file and transmitted to the Federal Statistical Office via the IDEV reporting system. As EVA is certified for the Intrastat module at the Federal Statistical Office, you can use the electronic reporting procedure directly and do not require any additional approval. However, you can still use the form report if you wish. The integrated information lists are also available to you.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT
The entry certificate is required for own transports or self-collection in the case of tax-free intra-Community deliveries to the EU. EVA has convenient functions for easily creating and documenting the entry certificate. The new EVA tracking portal offers interfaces to parcel service providers and freight forwarders.
