With EVA, you can also manage incoming supplier declarations and create supplier declarations for your customers independently of preference calculation.

Extensive functions are available for managing supplier declarations on the supplier side. EVA recognizes whether a supplier's declaration needs to be requested (after expiry or for new articles or suppliers) and creates the requests or a reminder letter. If required, the requests can be sent automatically to the supplier by email.

Your own supplier declarations are generated automatically on the basis of the calculation results. If new items are sold or if the preference has changed due to changes in the parts lists or recipes, a change of supplier or price changes on the purchasing side, EVA automatically generates change notifications.

EXACT PREFERENCE DETERMINATION FOR COOPERATING GROUPS OF COMPANIES

For groups of companies that supply each other with components with different origin characteristics, the correct and precise determination of the relevant information is extremely complex. In addition, in many ERP systems this data can hardly be merged due to client separation. The EVA Multi-Company function enables the automatic exchange of origin properties between companies. (If the companies do not allow each other to view the respective transactions, this can be taken into account). This makes cross-company code or cross-client data entry and therefore exact determination and documentation of preferences possible in a quick and convenient way, even for groups of companies.
